Annabelle Audren

Founder

Driven by an early passion for art, Annabelle Audren developed, from her years of training at the École Européenne Supérieure d’Art de Lorient, a keen sensitivity to the spatial presentation of artworks. Her first curatorial project, designed during a workshop with the Nelson-Freeman gallery, revealed a vocation that would only continue to strengthen.

From Belgium, where she gained her first experience at Pascal Polar and Pierre Bergé & Associés, to Paris, where she collaborated with major figures in the art market at Daniel Templon and the Sylvia Beder agency, Annabelle Audren refined her eye and expertise. Her time at the Fondation CAB, between 2022 and 2024, marked a key stage: she orchestrated major exhibitions, from the Hubert Bonnet collection to works by Edith Dekyndt, Muller Van Severen, and Ann Veronica Janssens. She also curated the winter exhibition, showcasing works from the foundation’s permanent collection.

Eager to enhance the foundation’s visibility, she initiated strategic partnerships with key players in contemporary art in the South of France and developed a parallel program of design exhibitions, echoing the foundation’s artistic direction. The Andrée Putman exhibition, designed in collaboration with Villa Noailles, illustrates this desire to break down disciplinary boundaries and embed the foundation in a multidisciplinary dynamic.

With a tailor-made approach, she imagines and designs exclusive guided tours, offering in-depth and personalized analyses for institutions, groups of friends, museum patrons, and corporate committees.

At the same time, Annabelle Audren responds to numerous private event requests to highlight the foundation’s space and collections. Whether hosting the Friends of the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris, the Palais de Tokyo, the Réseau Plein Sud, the MoMA board committee, or gallerists, collectors, and influential personalities, she designs refined events such as charity dinners for medical research or networking gatherings for entrepreneur groups.

Deeply committed to the synergies between art, fashion, and lifestyle, she leads specific activations in partnership with communication agencies: press and influencer workshops for Maison Margiela’s Replica fragrances, haute couture collection presentations for Valentino, and many other collaborations aimed at enriching the dialogue between artistic creation and its various ecosystems.

She also designs thematic workshops for children based on the foundation’s current exhibitions, offering young audiences an educational and immersive approach to art.
